Playstation 3 Emulator X - Beta 1.1. [PATCHED]
On August 28, 2010, Final Fantasy X became the first PlayStation 3 game to appear in the GameFAQ's Top 100 . Final Fantasy X was celebrated with a dedicated 12th Anniversary feature that started August 28, 2010 and ran until August 29, 2010. It was also announced that Final Fantasy X would be released on PlayStation Store in Europe on September 13, 2010. This is the first time the European and North American PlayStation Store release of a title differs from each other. The European store originally stated that a PlayStation Portable release was available only in Europe for Final Fantasy X, however, there has never been a PlayStation Portable release of the game in Europe. The European store stated they made a special exception and marked the European store release as a PlayStation 3 exclusive. A planned European release of the PSN title was later cancelled due to low demand. However, the European store release of Final Fantasy X is one of the earliest and only European PlayStation Store releases of the Final Fantasy series.

Final Fantasy X was included on the GameFAQ's Top 100 for a reason. It was the first Final Fantasy game originally developed for a Sony platform to be remastered. A high-definition port was announced at the Sony Press Conference in Japan on September 14th, 2011 as part of a 10th anniversary special, and was set to be released on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. This version is based on the International version, making it the first time the features exclusive to that version are officially available in North America. The HD remaster has trophies. The game is exclusive to the PlayStation Store in Europe. A planned European release of the PSN title was later cancelled due to low demand. On February 22, 2012, the Final Fantasy X HD content (trophies, etc.) was made available on the PlayStation Store for all systems.
